Warranty Terms:
The warranty period is one year (starting from the date of delivery).
Laser tube is a kind of consumption products and its quality guarantee period is three months.
2. If your product goes wrong in the guarantee period, please dial our service hotline. We will give you a reply in 48 hoursl.
3. The following cases are paid service.
a) Damages caused by incorrect use;
b) The machine with failure is taken down without authorization (such as arbitrary maintenance);
c) Damages caused by transportation and incorrect installation;
d) Physical damages caused by artificial factors.
e) Without contract, proof-of-purchase, or the guarantee card without common seal or not conforming to the product.
f) Normal replacement of consumable materials during the warranty period, if door service required.
g) Computer system and software installation.
h) Damages caused by force majeure.
4. The quality certification is effective only after being sealed by sales company. 
5. Please carefully keep the proof-of-purchase and the quality certification, which are necessary evidence to enjoy after service.
